Football Federation of Armenia attempts to be as accurate as possible. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Football Federation of Armenia services, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Football Federation of Armenia or through our website in connection with it shall be governed by the substantive Republic of Armenian Law, shall be resolved and shall be submitted to the Republic of Armenian Court of General Jurisdiction, the place of dispute resolution shall be Yerevan, Armenia.
You have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
If the item has been damaged by you and in other cases prescribed by the Republic of Armenia legislation, it cannot be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in quantity and quality), in its original packaging, in its entirety, with original seals and labels, full set with the accompanying documentation and with no damages. We shall repay the amount paid by you not later than 30 days after this. In order to exercise your right to withdraw from the delivered item, You may, at your choice – (1) send a filled-in refusal form, together with the delivered item (2) submit the form for refusal on our website, (3) to inform us explicitly in any other way, convenient for You (for example letter, send via post, fax or e-mail and others). You will be eligible for a return or exchange and 15 calendar days period will be deemed to have been fulfilled if you delivered an item to postal, courier, transport or other delivery service within 15 calendar days from the date you received it. When informing us, you have to state name and correspondence address and, if available – telephone number and e-mail address. You are also required to provide us/ send us the original or a copy of the receipt, proof of purchase or the invoice, issued for the item. The final sale price shall be repaid via bank transfer to a bank account, given by you. Football Federation of Armenia shall not bear any responsibility for invalidly or incorrectly filled-in personal data, address, number of a bank account and / or any other information, provided through the website.
We can refund the amount or with your agreement we can exchange your item with another one. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item if you will not have adequate reasons (for example you received the item damaged or defective).
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
In case of delivering defective items return or exchange, consideration of claims will be organized by means of negotiations based on the Republic of Armenia legislation.
If the delivered product does not match to your order, we will be responsible for the shipping fee.
If you receive a refund (this applies to a product that is in good condition), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
